Meet Our Management Team

Born and raised in beautiful Montana, Joshua moved to Dallas 26 years ago to pursue a Business Management Degree at Dallas Baptist University.

Joshua partnered with a couple major Dallas Restaurant Groups as a Director of Operations where he learned and perfected the art of top notch Hospitality. During this time, he realized he loved the construction side of developing new restaurants.  This is where the idea came to develop an elite construction group for clients who needed assistance from A to Z in the design and construction process.  By providing free design services to help clients with their journey, 3D design renderings, specially curated and privately guided showroom appointments, Brashear Construction & Design was born.

Joshua's passions are his family, friends, loves to deep sea fish, and golf in his free time.

Hailing from Flower Mound, Cory is a second-generation general contractor with a legacy deeply rooted in the Lone Star State. Having skillfully led his own successful general contracting company for 12 years, Cory decided to embark on a new chapter by joining forces with his longtime friend Josh at Brashear Construction. Recognizing the strength that comes with collaboration, Cory brings a wealth of experience to the table. A graduate of Oklahoma University with a major in business, Cory seamlessly blends his technical expertise with a strategic business mindset.

Beyond the construction site, he finds joy in bowling, golfing, and exploring new destinations, often accompanied by his beloved dog Tucker. With a passion for his craft and a commitment to excellence, Cory Toombs is set to shape the future of construction at Brashear Construction & Design.

Liz has been in the finance industry since 2005 as a mortgage originator. She is passionate about managing budgets and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner to prevent any delays on your project. In her free time, she loves to cook, travel and spend time with family.

Design is all Cindy knows. It’s her heart and her passion! Having designed 5 Tour Homes and worked alongside with countless clients, she wouldn’t do life different!

She loves creating a vision for her clients home. Her favorite part of design is from the beginning to completion, all of it! Meeting with clients, hearing their ideas, setting appointments, selecting all product, keeping them in budget, watching it all come to fruition is rewarding to her. Cindy feels remodeling/building can be fun! Her goal is to design the home that her client had envisioned from the very start! Cindy says the biggest blessing to her is that smile on their face when all is said and done.

Cindy’s loves time with her two sons and daughter-n-law, family and friends. She loves interior decorating, going out to dinner and the movies, being involved at her church, and serving others!

Marcelo was one of the first Brazilian natives to import natural stone slabs into Texas in the mid 90's. His background is in the natural stone business with extensive travel to granite, marble, quartzite, slate, and soapstone quarries in Brazil, Italy, Spain, China and other countries around the globe.

Marcelo started his career promoting sales of granite slabs to distributors in several states. Later he worked as a buyer sourcing slabs for a large-size stone fabricator where he learned the countertop fabrication and installation side of the business. Today, he will gladly help you with any questions or concerns you might have regarding countertops or any other stone application in general. Need to know if natural quartzite, dolomitic marble, porcelain, or granite is the best option? He will guide you and

help you make the best decision so your countertops will meet your expectations.

Marcelo's passions are his family, friends, traveling to the Holy Land and reading in his free time.
